1. Processing and Delivery Time

Fast Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Domestic Shipping: All orders ship from our partnered fulfillment centers in New Jersey and California.
No Overseas Shipping: We do not ship from overseas, ensuring reliable 3–7 business-day delivery for all U.S. orders.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

U.S. Orders: Shipping is FREE for all orders within the United States.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States of America.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
